Hello imaginary Internet people.

You have reached the blog of Catfishman (aka Lee). I am a late-ish 30s male living in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This blog is dedicated (for the most part) to my addiction: collecting and enjoying classic video games, gizmos and doo-dads.

Although always interested in computers and video games from a very early age, aside from recieving a Commodore Vic-20 computer for Chistmas 1983, I never really had any video game systems growing up. Now that I am an adult, I relish in finding the old game systems that I longed for as a youth at flea markets and garage sales for next to nothing. Occasionally I will pay what I consider a premium price for these treasures (see my entry on my Vectrex acquisition) , if it happens to be a particlarly special piece of hardware that I really want, but for the most part, most pieces in my collection were had for very little money.
